Follow up with all work not landed on the spot to ensure sales closings
Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports
Provide an extraordinary customer experience
Perform field visits to projects in process to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction is being delivered by painting teams
Serve as a single point of contact for customers
Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
Attend weekly review meetings with the owner as scheduled
Attend networking events and homeshows
Report necessary information to the owners of Lakeridge Painting Muskoka
